What time does the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato performance start at Rodeo Houston tomorrow?

I have tickets for the JBs and Demi Lovato tomorrow & the ticket says 3:45 but a bunch of people are saying that the concert will actually start way later, & that 3:45 is actually the time the rodeo will start…please help! If you have gone to the Houston Rodeo & know how all of this works your input will be greatly appreciated:)
